The process of software creation starts with meetings with our customer and by evaluating the current state of IS. In addition, we ask for needs and demands. After that starts the analysis of the current state and required fuctionality. The result of this stage is a document, the function specification. The function specification contains detailed descriptions of the proceses and functions of the planned application. After this stage the project continues with the software creation stage. When the application is ready for use by customer, we present it to our customer, train the users and let our customer test it for a predefined time period. At the end of the testing period we control testing forms and incorporate some revisions suggested from users. After that we run the application in the standard operational process.

This is the first and basic phase of our services concerning the creation of application software. The next phase includes professional support and related services. Parameters of these parts of our services are agreed individually project by project.
